Sandy Cove Bible Camp is excited to hold winter camps. With the addition of winterized buildings in 2023 for campers and workers we all have a cozy place to sleep.
Then with the addition of a tarp building in 2024, which we have named “The Tunnel”, we make ice for skating and other games, if the weather cooperates. If you have ever been to our Winter Family Day you know that our sledding hill starts on a large snowbank by the wishing well and continues onto the thick ice of the lake. A new (much larger) sliding hill has been built this fall on the hill not too far from The Tunnel.
Davidson Lake is also home to a series of hiking and snowshoeing trails in the winter that we may be able to take advantage of. Whatever the weather, Amy will have fun and exciting games and activities for us all.
Unfortunately, we only have 20 cozy camper beds in our new cabins, 10 each for guys and gals, so don’t hesitate too long to register.
